Shocking that this was leaking at all on a 1 year old roof...

Water droplets in the crawlspace are caused by condensation from high humidity. The vents in this crawlspace were closed which will cause this. Somewhat paradoxically, opening them will help but not completely, and the only way to completely fix is to close and seal vents and dehumidify and encapsulate the space.
