Valley Health's Charitable Giving Program

The holidays are quickly approaching, and this year our friends at Harmony House are holding a Week of Compassion to give back to those they serve in the community. To assist with giving back, the Valley Health team has committed to participate in their "Welcome Home" drive.

Starting today and continuing through November 29th, we will be collecting:

* Blankets
* Pots & Pans
* Coffee Makers
* Towels
* Shower Curtains
* Small Trash Cans
* Toilet Paper
* Toilet Paper Holders
* Brooms & Dust Pans

If you have any items listed that are new or gently used to donate, please take them to the closest Valley Health location for drop-off or to the Pea Ridge Business Center at 5636 US Route 60 Huntington, WV 25705. We plan to take all collected items to Harmony House on December 1st.

Our very own Dr. Ashleigh Clickett is participating in the Huntington Children’s Museum's "Chefs vs. Surgeons Pumpkin Carving Contest" TONIGHT and is currently in the lead! Please join us in wishing her good luck and supporting such a fun event and a great cause!🎃

We're so excited to host our second annual Chefs vs. Surgeons Pumpkin Carving Contest on Tuesday, October 25 at The Market at 6 PM! The contestant who raises the most donations will be crowned pumpkin royalty on Halloween. Dr. Clickett is currently in the lead. Amber recently joined the Fort Gay team as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. When we asked Amber why she chose to work at Valley Health she said, "To work at Valley Health has always been a dream of mine, to be a medical assistant in my small community and to make a difference."
