An amazing gathering that is happening at our farm!

Join us for the 8th Annual Groundnut Gathering on Oct 4-5! Two full days of earth skills classes such as wild edible plants, basket making, herbalism, tracking, fishing and more! We are looking for someone to help out at the farm for 3-5 days this month (dates semi flexible) in exchange for housing (private tiny house, twin bed, no electricity) and food (3 meals a day, all organic (meat from farm)). We will be moving animal fences, weeding the garden, planting trees, doing a little carpentry. Lots of opportunties to learn about taking care of farm animals, permaculture, wild food and potentially butchering (if this is of interest). Must have farm experience and be able to lift 50 lb.
