100 GROUP SESSIONS!

Congratulations to sctt_koc on achieving this big milestone at the 8Well studio.

Starting his 8Well journey in the winter of last year, Scott has made tremendous results from pain, strength, and overall body composition. He’s become a consistent member in our 6am classes and his work ethic shows it as well, with a background in D1 lacrosse and plenty of time and experience under the bar, Scott is used to this lifestyle.

Congratulations again Scott on 100 classes, too many more to come!

Congratulations katherine morrison on achieving this big milestone here at the 8Well studio!!!

Almost shying away from a year long member, Katherine tried one class and later was never seen again. That’s until she tried it one more time and now we can’t get rid of her. She’s fallen in love with the environment and feeling of a post class workout, it become part of her weekly routine.

And because of that she has made incredible results for herself, setting herself up for the beach body summer she’s going to have out East!

Congratulations again Katherine, too many more classes and results.

PHASE 3 LAUNCHES TODAY! 🚀

Here are some of the main movers of the phase:

Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlift 4x4
Barbell Back Supported Overhead press 3x6
Sumo KB Deadlift 3x12
Incline DB Flys 3x12
Barbell Front Squat 4x4
Bent over barbell Row 3x8
Goblet split squat 3x12
Chin ups 3x12

All of these were staples in the previous phase and are progressed for this next phase in some way between volume, intensity, or tempo.
