We’re excited to invite the Huntington Beach community to the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for Patriot Point, a permanent memorial and gathering place honoring our U.S. veterans, service members, and their families.
Location: Patriot Point (Pacific Coast Highway & Goldenwest Street)
Date: Sat., Jan. 10
Time: 10 a.m.
What started in 2010, when Vietnam veteran and Purple Heart recipient Zachary “Zach” Martinez raised an American flag on the bluffs above the ocean, has grown into a beloved community landmark where locals and visitors reflect, remember, and honor our nation’s heroes.
This special event will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, remarks from community leaders, veterans, and supporters, and an opportunity to celebrate the enduring legacy of service and sacrifice. Come stand with us and show your support!
