In need of a last minute Christmas gift ?? We have 6 of our handmade wooden Porch Pine trees left at Encore . These trees were made with a torching technique that not only adds to the beauty of the trees but will withstand the outdoor elements . Each tree is unique and made in-house by our Encore Engineers ! Please feel free to call us at 714-898-8184 to grab one before they are gone at $50 each with no tax and help support our nonprofit and developmentally disabled clients … πŸŽ„πŸŽ„πŸŽ„πŸŽ„πŸŽ„πŸŽ„

October 17 the Orange County Arts and Disability (OCDE) held a gala to honor their primary supporters and honorees and fundraiser. Encore Programs has benefited from our relationship with OCDE over the years from a grant establishing our newsletter, participation in the annual Arts and Disabilities Festival sponsored by OCDE, and from the Artists on the Move program where previous Encore artists have had their artwork displayed in different galleries around Orange County. OCDE also allows us to fulfill two objectives related to our Arts Exposure project funded by the California Arts Council and other foundations by holding events Encore students can participate in.

For that reason and many others we were proud to donate an art piece from one of our participants, Hazeal, to OCDE's silent auction at the gala, which sold for $75.
