This is a 2 granulator 1 shredder system with fines recovery, "Phoenix XD Plus w/ FRM1000". They are processing nearly 2x the published monthly capacity by running 30% longer every week, and processing high yield cables.

Here's a Phoenix XD Plus right smack dab in the middle of a gigantic electronic recycling operation! The additional granulator really helps the most with low yield material such as computer cables.

Back in a flash, this lucky client had a very short wait time for our FRM1000 fines recovery equipment to be delivered since they ordered it together with the complete system. Return visits are always welcomed as it allows for an opportunity to train on some more advanced techniques once the operator has become more familiar with the equipment.

Here's a different one, Phoenix XD Plus with FRM1000 (shredder out of the shot) but in a shed type building open front and back to the elements. There's isn't a lot of moisture in this part of the world and the equipment does well under high ambient heat conditions. This machine replaced an old machine that the vendor didn't really care to support. After this one proved itself we installed 2 more in other locations for them.
