Creating vegetarian recipes and presentations is a passion at Yoff LLC

After working for almost 10 years in summer camps. We have witnessed the struggle that camps face when it comes to staffing a kitchen. Keeping up with the enormous amount of cooking day to day, the stress, the noise, the special dietary needs, sticking to the budget, cooking from scratch, cooking healthy and connecting all of that with working in camp is not easy. You have to be the right person to fill that position. It's not just about knowing how to cook, there is a lot more required to be able to cook for 200 or more people, 3 meals or more a day, all summer long.
We’ve decided to end those problems by creating Yoff LLC. We help to connect qualified candidates with camps. At the same time, we help people new to the profession who want to have experience that will help them to grow. Working in a large industrial kitchen with experienced chefs serves to accelerate the learning of students who are studying culinary arts or hospitality careers.
