Advance Trip to Colombia | Building a Global Movement ✨

With deep gratitude and hope, I’m happy to share the success of this advance trip to Colombia, where we took meaningful steps toward building a strategic partnership with La Piedra del Peñol entertainment focused on promoting peace around the world.

Today, this purpose grows stronger as we intentionally integrate mental health and su***de prevention as essential pillars of this global movement.
We believe there can be no true peace without emotional well-being—without spaces for listening, care, and the protection of human dignity and life.

This is just the beginning of a journey that brings together countries, cultures, and hearts, using music, art, and social action as bridges for healing, awareness, and hope.

We move forward with humility, commitment, and the conviction that together, we can make a difference. 🤍🌍

Self-sabotage doesn’t start as self-harm.
It starts as protection, learned responses formed during moments of stress, fear, or survival.

But what once protected us can later limit us.

When we slow down, observe, and name these patterns, they lose power.
Awareness is not judgment, it’s clarity.

And clarity opens the door to healing.

The mental health of our youth cannot wait.
Now more than ever, we are bringing educational programs on identity, purpose, and emotional well-being to countries around the world, planting hope where there was once confusion and silence.

Every workshop, every conversation, and every young person reached is a seed of transformation.
When a teenager learns to understand their emotions, listen to their inner voice, and recognize their worth, an entire nation begins to heal.

Thank you to everyone joining this global mission.
Together, we are building a stronger, more aware, and freer generation.

Mental health matters — more than we often realize.

Not everyone who smiles is okay.
Sometimes, the ones who light up the room are the ones silently carrying the heaviest burdens.
Behind the laughter, the encouragement, and the joy they give, there may be pain they never speak of.

So the next time you see someone shining brightly, pause for a moment…
and remember — their light may come from a place of deep resilience, not ease.

“Since I was a child, I was taught not to cry, not to fail, not to rest… but it was through pain that I learned how to dance.” 🎤🕺

While other kids were playing outside,
I was in a recording studio.
My childhood was traded for the stage.
My father? Strict — painfully so.
We rehearsed until we dropped.
There was no room for mistakes.
If I didn’t shine, I didn’t matter.

From an early age, I learned that applause was my only shelter. 🎶💔

By 10, I was a global sensation —
and already feeling the weight of loneliness.
The pressure. The constant criticism —
my skin, my voice, my looks.
The world saw a superstar.
But inside, I was just a child trying to figure out how to be “normal.”
I used to lock myself in my room for hours,
terrified of disappointing everyone.

But the moment I stepped on stage — I transformed. ✨🌙

Yes, I had surgeries.
Yes, I reinvented myself.
Yes, I was my own harshest critic.
But I never stopped creating.
Music was my medicine.
With Thriller, I broke records.
With Heal the World, I tried to fix what I couldn’t fix within myself.

Behind the spotlight, there were tears.
The hardest part?
I lost my childhood before I even knew it was gone…
And no one ever noticed. 🎼🌍

“Not everyone who smiles is okay.
Sometimes, the brightest soul is the one who’s hurting the most —
the one trying hardest to bring joy to others.

So next time you see someone shine,
take a moment to wonder what they’ve endured to glow like that.” 💫💭

🎙️ Today we had the honor of sharing on Radio Vida Abundante.
As the founder and president of Haz La Diferencia, I spoke from a place of urgency and love—about the mental health crisis affecting countless families in California and beyond.

🧠 Mental health matters.
Our organization was born in 2004 with one mission:
To create lasting change in the lives of children, youth, adults, and communities.

For 20+ years, we’ve done that through love, education, mentoring, scholarships, counseling, and spiritual support—reaching lives across Latin America and the U.S.

✨ In 2015, we launched Fight 4 Hope
This wasn’t just a campaign—it was born out of personal pain.
Out of my own home.
Out of my heart. 💔

Because too many families are struggling in silence.
Too many feel alone.
And the stigma is still too loud.
But we can change that.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
📚 Educate yourself on mental health
🗣 Talk about it—let’s normalize the conversation
📖 Share your story—it might save someone else
🤝 Get involved—advocate, show up, support
❤️ Never give up on those you love

Hope is real. Healing is possible. And your presence could be someone’s miracle.

Haz La Diferencia means Make the Difference.
It’s not just our name—it’s our call to action.
To love deeper. To fight harder. To stand for those who can’t stand alone.

You don’t need to be an expert to help.
You just need to be willing.

Let’s fight for hope. Together. 🌎

🧠 MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS 🧠
It’s time to prioritize people over profit.

We urgently need our elected representatives to take real action on mental health, especially for our constituents, veterans, and homeless populations who are too often overlooked.

🚨 Growing Concerns in Mental Health Care:
Predatory treatment centers exploiting vulnerable patients

Behavioral and VA hospitals severely understaffed:

No psychologists

No psychiatrists

No behavioral therapists

No licensed clinical practitioners

Nurses overwhelmed and under-supported

Alarming reports of inadequate care and mistreatment

💬 Let’s Work Together for Real Change:
Advocate for accessible, ethical, and effective mental health services

Demand transparency and accountability from treatment facilities and hospitals

Make the well-being of our community members a top priority

🗣️ Mental health is health. Silence and neglect are no longer acceptable.
Let’s raise our voices—and keep raising them—until change is made.

Overcoming Anxiety | Hope for Mental Health Community 05/07/2025

Dear Friends,
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we are honored to continue our "Fight 4 Hope" campaign, a powerful initiative dedicated to raising awareness about depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation.

Too many suffer in silence. Through this campaign, we aim to break the stigma, encourage open conversation, and connect people to life-saving mental health resources.
📌 Below you'll find information on support services that could be a lifeline for someone in need—maybe even someone close to you.

Let’s come together, speak up, and fight for hope.
Because mental health matters, every day, for everyone.
