South Charlotte has a brand new luxury apartment community by Northwood Ravin called Towerview Ballantyne. Look for it as you exit 485 onto Johnston Road. (You can't miss the sign on the tower.) Gardner Creative Group is proud to have had the opportunity to provide signs for this community.

Gardner Creative Group just completed installing the signs for 500 West Trade Apartments on the corner of West Trade and Graham Street...
It's funny how things work out sometimes in your business life... Years ago, after I had started my business, the James K. Polk Building was the address for the offices of the North Carolina Dept. of Revenue of Mecklenburg county. If you were a business owner back then you know this was the place that collected your sales tax. Well, needless to say, I visited this building begrudgingly during some difficult days in my early years of business, but, today I'm thankful to have the opportunity to provide graphics and signs for a community where once stood a landmark for Charlotte and business folk throughout Mecklenburg County.
So, farewell, Polk Building.
