Weldon, NC is known as the "Rockfish Capital of the World." During the spring, the Roanoke River is a very popular place by fisherman to catch their share of striped bass otherwise known at "Rockfish."

Muscadine grapes grown in the SE are high in fiber and antioxidants! The skin is tough and firm like a plum and the grapes have an intense sweet flavor. We found them while working in Rose Hill!

Nicole owns and manages Integrity Wellness as well as coordinates the staff of health screeners and wellness coaches. She also spends a large portion of her time in the field conducting health screenings and coaching. Nicole is a life-long student of health and wellness coaching psychology. She works to help you define a higher purpose for wellness and uncover your natural desire to be healthy. Nicole has been in the Health and Wellness field for 32 years and 22 of them have been with Integrity Wellness.
In her free time Nicole enjoys exercising, going to concerts and trying new adventures on weekends with friends.

Emily is a midwestern girl by heart who has called Huntersville, NC home for the past 13 years.  She received a BS from George Mason University in Health Promotion/Exercise Science.  Working for Integrity Wellness as a Biometric Screener and Certified Health & Wellness Coach since 2009 has given her the opportunity to dive into relationship with individuals on a real and personal level.  She loves walking closely with individuals who are on any level of readiness to pursue HEALTH.  Emily knows that health looks big & broad and will approach each client with a challenge to include taking a look at health from a whole person perspective.  In her free time she loves to be outside exploring the mountains with friends, family, & furry friends as well as mentoring teen moms in Charlotte.

Hi, I’m Amy Hanson from Huntersville, NC. Originally from South Florida, then making North Carolina my new home 17 years ago.  I’ve been working for IW for 16 years as a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Biometric Screener.  I graduated from The University of Florida with a degree in Psychology.  After graduation, I worked for 15 years as a Patient Advocate.  That position allowed me to recognize my passion for helping people make healthy decisions that would greatly impact their lives.  

I have been married to my husband Jeff for 30 years and have 2 grown sons, grandson and dog Ralphie.  I love the outdoors and enjoy hiking and biking…being sure to burn calories so I can pursue my passion for cooking!  

I find my job as a Health and Wellness Coach to be very rewarding, particularly when I see a client pursue a healthier lifestyle due to my encouragement.
