We started watching Dutton Ranch last night after some friends recommended it. We watched the first 4 episodes and there have already been 2 major insurance claims!

We had 2 clients this week have their A/C drain lines overflow. So, I am using this as an opportunity to remind you to be sure you are servicing your A/C systems and keeping the drain lines clear. Put bleach in the drain lines. I am posting a video that I did about 3 years ago about how to do this for anyone that doesn't know how to do it or where to look.
