The grip is gripping
I remember the day I walked away from my previous career like it was yesterday. I did it with confidence, but if I’m being honest, I was terrified. The fear, self-doubt, and “what ifs” hit me almost immediately.
I ran to my husband for support and words of wisdom, and then to my mom, as I always do. They both told me the same thing:
“Everything will work out with your new business. You have to believe it before it happens. Don’t let doubt live in your head, because your mind can be your biggest enemy if you allow it. Trust God. He wouldn’t have blessed you with this skill if it wasn’t meant to serve a purpose.”
Those words have stayed with me ever since.
On the days when business feels slow, when I question myself, or when doubt tries to creep in, I think back to that conversation. It reminds me why I started and who I’m doing this for.
If sharing my journey can motivate even one person to take a chance on themselves, then it’s worth it. I can’t let that one person down by giving up. So I keep showing up, keep believing, and keep trusting that everything is unfolding exactly as it’s meant to.
Sometimes the biggest leap of faith is simply believing you’re capable of the life you’re working so hard to build.

💛 Hand tattoos typically fade faster than tattoos on other areas of the body due to frequent washing, sun exposure, and everyday wear.
💛Healing can take 2–4 weeks, but the skin on the hands is constantly moving and being used, which can make the healing process a little more challenging.
💛 Proper aftercare is crucial. Keep your tattoo clean, avoid soaking it in water, apply a thin layer of recommended aftercare, and resist the urge to pick or scratch while it heals.
💛 Touch-ups are more common with hand tattoos than most other placements and that’s completely normal.
That said, a well-designed hand tattoo can make a beautiful statement and become one of your favorite pieces.
