A bit of a sensitive subject but one that needs addressing. What goes on after something happens to a loved one? [i.e. wife, husband, son, daughter or other loved one.] Do you know their different account details? Logins and passwords, etc.? It's a great idea to go over this info [with a trusted person] before something happens. Case in point would be to make sure to keep their phones and be able to access them as well. Whether it's in a little black book or printout of all the particulars stored in a safe place, just like you would safeguard a will or other sensitive information, these details are crucial. Too many times we have customers and friends that are totally lost after the fact. Coming up with and going over a plan for the "what if" in this techno world is of the utmost importance. So be sure to take time and make a plan.

Flash Drives! These convenient little devices are great for saving data on the go... However they are not without their faults. They go out for the simplest of reasons and are easily susceptible to damage. Some we can fix and sometimes we can retrieve the data they contain. But, sometimes not. Be sure if you regularly use a flash drive that you have that data on your local computer as well or that you are saving that data to the cloud as well.
