Let's talk boundary coverage! I've had a few questions about this lately and it's such an important topic!

6-A-8 of the 1-4 Family Residential contract determines boundary coverage.

If box (i) is checked, owner title policy WILL NOT be amended to include boundary coverage

If box (ii) is checked, owner title policy WILL be amended to include boundary coverage and include boxes to determine who is paying this fee: [ ] buyer or [ ] seller

Boundary coverage is an additional cost: 5% of the owner title policy premium.
