At the Nantasket Beach car show this morning with Joe and Mary… it’s a beautiful day out there!

Great MeetUP last night at the ALBA rooftop deck in Quincy Ctr! I wish I pulled out my camera earlier, this pic was when we were winding down. We had a nice crowd turn out, connections made, fruitful discussions were had and collaborations are brewing. Thank you to all that came out!

An early am bike ride today, 12 miles at an easy pace on a beautiful morning in Hull, MA; first to Hull Gut (at the very end of the peninsula); then to the beginning of Nantasket Beach (where Rte 228 ends and the DCR beach parking lot begins); and then returned back home to the middle of the peninsula, on Strawberry Hill. I’m getting ready for the Ride to End Alzheimer’s New England at Hampton Beach NH in 9 days.

Next up: Sticking close to home today with a Learning Thursday zoom together with my Better Living Real Estate colleagues; a buyer showing at 120 Nantasket Ave Hull (be sure to check out these new condos located at the old aquarium site; let me know if you want to get in to take a look!); a showing at my seller’s listing at 4 Atherton Rd Hull; and a Broker Tour this evening at 10 Prospect Ave Hull, a property of interest to me as a comp for a planned listing in September.

It was a great MeetUP tonight with Realtor colleagues, Local Services Network (LSN) members and other Professionals at The Liberty Tavern in historic Quincy Massachusetts!

This is our make-up family Christmas get-together with my family, finally pulling it off last weekend; We faced some twists and turns and illnesses these past couple of months, but we persevered and it was great to finally all be together. All I can feel is gratitude for the smiles, the embraces, the laughs and the priceless time spent together; it was worth the wait. 😊❤️ And this was the longest we have left up our decorations by far! 😆
