As a property manager, March is my “prevent the emergency before it happens” month. 🌱🛠️

This week’s maintenance checklist:
• Walk the exterior for winter damage: siding, shingles, walkways.

• Clear gutters and downspouts so spring rain drains properly.

• Test outdoor faucets/irrigation for leaks after freezing temps.

• Schedule HVAC service and remind residents to change air filters.

A couple of hours of proactive maintenance now can save thousands in repairs and a lot of 2 a.m. emergency calls later.
