[PRESS RELEASE] Today, Mission Critical Group announced the acquisition of TxLa Systems, expanding manufacturing capacity and strengthening its modular and switchgear capabilities.

This move brings a key portion of the supply chain in-house, improves delivery timelines, and strengthens MCG’s ability to support large-scale, power-intensive programs across data center, energy, and industrial markets, while accelerating time-to-power and scaling with the industry’s fastest-growing infrastructure demands.

With 400 employees and multiple Texas facilities, TxLa adds critical capacity, technical depth, and proven ex*****on to the MCG platform.
