Our OGs have seen K.O. grow, change, stumble, evolve, and become what it is today. They’ve been a part of the it ALL! We’re so grateful for the people who walked through those doors years ago and chose to stay.

Five years ago, we started with a dream. 💙🤍

It’s become a place full of friendships, hard work, big goals, sweat, growth, and so much more. Looking back at these photos, I’m reminded that the best part of K.O. has never been the workouts, it’s the crew who make this place feel like home.

Five years later, I’m still so incredibly grateful for this little gym we’ve built. Here’s to the memories behind us and all the ones still to come. 💙🥹
