I recently attended a physician-led seminar sponsored by the American College of Sports Medicine that led research that has proven: “the most prevalent risk factor for health is INACTIVITY but it gets the least amount of attention!” The prevalence of deaths from inactivity and the health issues it brings is Higher than smoking now.
So....if you move you can’t lose. (If you don’t move...you can really lose!)

Run before it’s too hot on days like today and stay hydrated
Like Pilates? Like TRX suspension training? Mix the two , mat Pilates with a bit of TRX , on Wednesday at 4:45 pm beginning August 29th. $15 drop in. Never tried before? Free for you. This is a boutique studio with limited training units, so we’ll need you to message us or text 330-819-9455 to reserve a spot! It’s fun but strengthening!
