Hey everyone… we did it. 🎉
We got our very first not-so-glowing review—clocking in at a solid 2 out of 5 stars.
While we aim to be relaxation ninjas 100% of the time, it turns out we’re still human… and this time, we missed the mark. And for that, we’re genuinely sorry.
We believe a spa experience should feel like an exhale, not an interrogation—and we hear that loud and clear. Message received, lesson learned!
We’ll be taking the rest of the day to dramatically sigh, eat snacks, and question all our life choices… but don’t worry—we’ll be back tomorrow with full hearts, open ears, and even better listening skills. Always striving towards perfection.
