Hi Folks, this Saturday 5/30 ProSharp will be at the Kinderhook Farmers Market from 8:30 - 2:00. Bring your knives for a fresh sharp edge to make all your food prep easier and more enjoyable. We also do smaller hand garden tools. The cost is $1.25 per inch of blade. We take cash, credit card, check and Venmo. Look for us in the Kinderhook Knitting Mill Restaurant parking lot.

Hi Folks, ProSharp will be at the Hudson Farmers Market this Saturday 4/25. If you have knives needing some TLC bring them along with you. Drop them off while you shop and you take home knives with a fresh, professional edge. Prepping your fresh produce will be so much easier with your sharp knives.
As always the white ProSharp van will be parked on 6th Street. The cost is $1.25 per inch of blade and we take cash, credit card, check and Venmo.

PS - if the market doesn’t work for you just drop your knives off at Hudson River Kitchenware, 203 Warren Street, Hudson. I’ll come sharpen them and you pick them up at your convenience.
