Custom Fabrication
Just one of the sub-assemblies in a custom equipment mounting platform for a client’s new fleet of vans! Thankfully was in the house welding straight through the weekend while I fixtured, prepped and tacked.
Helping to outfit 16 vans this run. The shop is packed!

Product development aka treat yo’self!
Working on the fixture and templates for ‘17+ Super Duty racks. Test fitting S1 work lights with custom 3D printed bezels. The goal is to make these bolt-on and compatible with roll up tonneau covers without losing bed space. I’ve been working on these in between other projects. Hope to finalize it soon!

Fixing this bucket….again. At least it makes for a cool, highly edited photo! I don’t get to break out my Bobcat often, but it’s fun when I can. Props to the folks who do this kind of work every day!
Started cutting the body to clear the wheels and tires for mock up. There’s a million challenges ahead, but this was a big milestone visually and conceptually!

The most fun on 3 wheels requires the most fun trophies! Always a blast designing, cutting, welding, painting, & 3D printing whatever crazy theme comes next!

I’ve been running DEWALT tools for years, so getting the chance to help test prototype tools and be part of the new ATOMIC grinder platform launch has been pretty damn cool.
The wild part is this relationship all started with a different idea I pitched to DEWALT at in 2021. Fast-forward to having their production crew in the shop to film a testimonial and being featured in a few clips on their site.
