My new mom / dad / grad cards this year. They’re all kind of glowy. Here are your reminders 😊 — Mothers Day May 10, Fathers Day June 21 (also Summer Solstice! - which I also have a card for), graduations.. always happen so fast. Time has been flying!

Time to post this.. I create new year cards a year early and sadly a lot needs to be fixed in 2026. Maybe I should make a more hopeful one for 2027..

Happy New Year! It is taking me a couple extra days to “start” the new year. My baby just turned 5! on Jan 3 so sometimes I feel like I have to prep for that instead of the new year. But hope you are taking time to start the year however feels right for you! I’m still getting new year card orders so I don’t think it’s too late to send out wishes and hear from loved ones. It’s here! Owl for Days Calendars for 2026. I put so much work and owl research into these.. I included the bigger owls of the Northern Hemisphere, and some made up owls that appear when I’m sketching.. owls are so funny-looking.. they get weirder with every owl I draw, but they are so beautiful and interesting, and have gorgeous patterns on them.
While I love drawing owls, I also figured out that I love drawing lanterns too.. you’ll find a lot of them in here. Maybe I’ll draw some actual owl lanterns next. 🦉
