This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, strategy, and relationship-building, and wants to play a key role in scaling affordable, high-quality housing nationwide.

What you’ll do:
🔹 Drive new business opportunities across residential, ADU, developer, and workforce housing projects
🔹 Build and manage relationships with developers, landowners, municipalities, and partners
🔹 Lead early-stage deal conversations from intro through contract
🔹 Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to shape market-ready offerings
