I am sadly taking a break from teaching for a while due to health issues. I am okay! But my body needs to relax and recharge.

I love Lyra and have fun doing it and teaching it. But it is a lot on your body physically. You have to put what your body needs first over having fun. Always remember your health is the most important thing! Taking a break from ANYTHING is okay.

That being said, if there are any Lyra instructors who would be interested in teaching for me, please reach out! 🎪

UPDATE:

Summer is coming!

1)With the statewide changes starting this weekend and masks requirements being lifted, I have also decided that masks are no longer required at class. Please do not come to class if you are feeling unwell. If you would like to wear a mask, that is completely optional and you are welcome to do so.
2)I now will be offering YOGA classes (finally!). Classes will be held at 9am Friday and Saturday mornings starting June 11th. Class will only be held if I have a MINIMUM of 3 students signed up. $20 per class.
3)Lyra class schedule is a little different and there are a couple changes. Lyra will be offered with me at 1pm Thursday and 10:30am Saturday. Wednesday Lyra is offered at 10am and 5pm with Danielle. However, a MINIMUM of two students are required in order for class to be held. Class price is still $25. If two students are not signed up but you would like a private class, please contact me and we can set something up. Prices for private classes will now be $40.
4)I am open to suggestion for class types. Have an idea for a Lyra or Yoga class? Want to see something different? PLEASE reach out to me!
