Our smoked Branzino push pop by to chef star Zac Young.....So Good!!!!!

Local Ocean was honored again to be a part of Sen. Gillibrand's NY Farm Day in Washington DC. Local Ocean was part of the many great NY farms offering their great locally grown products. Local Ocean partnered with award winning chef Zac Young from the acclaimed David Burke Kitchen in NYC. LO Dorade crudo with a melon vinaigrette was served to guests in attendance. However, the item of the night was a smoked LO Branzino with egg yolk mousse, and pickled beet topped with a everything bagel bread crumb in a push pop. Everyone came for seconds and thirds and were excited to meet our star chef.
