This BEAUTIFUL 6.0 POWERSTROKE van was bulletproofed by another local shop 3yrs ago. I know from personal experience that this shop re-used and caulked rocker box gaskets rather than spend the $40 or so to replace them. MY client will need to pull this engine out and redo head gaskets over someone wanting to save $40!

I wanted to make a post showing the things that go into body swaps. This one required some body mount repairs. What’s not seen is the wiring swap that included ripping the dash and half the interior apart to go from 5.8 gas to 7.3 diesel.
