Merci Project recently went to the Guadalupe river system in New Braunsfels Texas. Merci retrieved 200lbs of garbage from the dam in just a couple hours the first day!
things like cans, cigs butts, styrofoam, beer bottles, plastic bags, fishing line etc. these things don't seem like a big deal, but if you saw a turtle suffocating in a grocery bag, or a sand hill crane choking on a 6 pk holder......
