Agape

Most of the people who come for meals continue to want the “to go” option which is fine with us. 6-8 people will eat indoors but most are still in Covid fear. This summer we were giving out 60-80 meals but with winter weather now it’s usually 55-60. People are so grateful especially with rising food prices.

One of our volunteers, Barbara, is turning 90 this month! She’s a dream friend. If you have any cards lying around, wish her a happy day and drop the card off at Agape or anytime at the church.

We are now serving meals inside! We will continue our outdoor meals to go as well. Since we went to the outdoor we’ve been giving out 60 to 80 meals each week. Don’t want to lose any of those people if they are not comfortable inside!

Agape now has a page! Follow us to stay up to date on when we are open for free meal pick up. We are still open during this pandemic and are following the FDA/CDC recommendations for infection control. Outdoor meal pick up available every Thursday from 4:30 - 5:30 PM in the parking lot of the First United Methodist Church in Hudson, MA! Please share!
