Laid the maple hardwood flooring, had to tie into the old floor to start it out.and then hung the downstairs in sheetrock... Few things to do tomorrow and it'll be mudding and taping time!

Plumbing and wiring done, insulation done, extra framing done, tiny closet space under the stairs inside the other closet! Hmmmmm.... A place to hide things? ... It could be, but it's for cleaning supply closet!

After cleaning it out, we framed interior walls, put in attic access ladder, and padded out all exterior walls so we could get more insulation in the walls. Just the beginning....

We started this job in the early part of the year... This is the shell of a home we walked into.. no wiring, no insulation and no plumbing, half framed in.... A job that got started nearly 10 years prior that got put on hold.... This is what it was on day 1 when we first started...

Sorry I haven't posted in a while... I have been tied up in a few bigger jobs and haven't posted pictures thru the process. I usually wait until the end and photo dump the jobs. I'm going to try harder in the future to post as we go thru the process of these larger jobs.

The weather finally warmed up enough to get back over to the 3 season porch we remodeled last fall and get the vinyl on.

1826 farm house bathroom make over- old plaster walls we skim coated more times then I can count, nearly 4 buckets of mud in these walls and ceiling to get them looking good, which as some of you know means A LOT of sanding and recoating. We built the wall on the end of the shower installed the shower surround and doors, did the floors and trim and 1/4 round then we had to cut the door to fit. Installed the vanity and the top, and got walls and ceilings into the primer coat. The home owner is going to complete the painting. And after the plumber hooks up the vanity I'll return and build a custom shelving unit on the left of it... All in all it came out great, and I'd be a liar if I said it wasn't an absolute challenge! But I usually enjoy the challenge because the final results make it worth it!
