Can't believe it is allmost time to start farmers markets but May is less than a week away. Iowa Falls starts May 7 and Eldora and Hampton the following week. Because of the cold weather not much produce but lots of nice plants.

It't warming up and the snow is gone. the plants in the greenhouse are growing and it will not be long for planting outside. Trying to get FM starting times finalized and produce and plants ready for them. Check back for updates. Jim

6"+ of snow outside and zero temps make it hard to believe spring will ever get here. Inside the seeds are being planted new plants started. Looking at the seed catalogs in nice this time of year even tho the pictures of fresh tomatoes and lettuce make it hard to weight for spring. Jim

Well winter is here and we are cosed. At this time I'm getting ready for next spring. Seeds and plants to get started deciding what to grow and new varities to try. For the coming year we hope to offer cage free eggs. Have raised a few chickens and some are starting to lay. I have a varity of breeds so get brown, green and white eggs. It won't be long and spring will be here. Farmers markets starting in may.
