Welcome home Titan 💓🐾

Titans 11 day adventure came to a end with a happy ending.

Mom and Dad took him to Grandpa's for a visit. WIth Mom and Dad both at work and Grandpa had to run out for a errand.
Titan decided he didn't want to stay put. Keep in mind hes only about 6 months old. He jumped through a closed window, shattered the glass. When family returned a couple hours later they noticed the broken window and there was blood.
They had many sightings the first couple days and then they stopped.

We got involved day 4.

We had two sightings at the same spot just a couple hours before we dropped the trap. But Titan was a no show. Plenty of racoons at the trap like 8 at once lol.
From this point until the day he was secured we were getting videos of him on porches during the middle of the night. He never stayed put, kept moving looking for his parents.

On day 11 we got a text that he once again was on someone's porch at 3am. We immediately went to the area and all team members involved got eyes on him. Mom and Dad were both called at work and asked to come out immediately. They were there very quickly.

We found that Titan was hiding in a small tree line in between two subdivisions. So team members and owners surrounded the tree line. Owners seen him come out of the tree line and then jump back in.

Mom heard branches breaking in the treeline and immediately sat on the ground and threw a handful of sausages into the trees, and out poked a little nose. With his nose in the air Mom started saying his name and Titan came charging. Covered Mom with kisses.

He's now home with his family and fur sister Luna.

Great job doing the off leash Haily.

No more adventures Titan.

Also forgot to mention even with blood at the scene, when Titan was secured there were no injuries only scabs from were he was cut.

Thank you to the community of South Lyon for watching out for this puppy and reporting sightings right away.

Zoe is home after her 6-week adventure!
Zoe and her sister, Mia, had recently been adopted by a wonderful guy named Matt, who was looking for companions for his older chow, Zeus. Apparently, Zoe decided that before fully committing to her new family, she needed to conduct a thorough, six-week inspection of Rochester.
While Matt was trying to get Mia into the house, Zoe saw an opportunity and took it—bolting harness, leash, and all. She didn't even bother packing a bag.
The following day, Matt spotted her near the Clinton River Trail. He even brought Mia along in hopes of convincing her to come home. Zoe took one look at them and seemed to say, "Nice try," before continuing her self-guided tour of the city.
Kim suggested putting food where Zoe had last been seen, hoping she would stick around. The next day, Kim set up a feeding station in the area. Zoe, however, apparently had other plans and never showed up. We flooded the area with flyers, crossed our fingers, and waited. Zoe remained committed to keeping everyone guessing.
Three weeks later, a possible sighting came in nearly 7 miles away. Since there had been no daytime sightings, we wondered if Zoe was attempting to find her previous home, or perhaps just seeing how many volunteers she could keep occupied at once. We flyered the area, but the sightings stopped as quickly as they had started.
Another two weeks passed with nothing.
Then we received another possible sighting closer to where she had originally disappeared. More feeding stations went out. Matt walked the area with Mia. More flyers were posted. Zoe continued her commitment to being the most elusive dog in Rochester.
By now, she had been missing for five weeks.
Finally, we got the break we had been waiting for—a confirmed sighting!
At 4:30 a.m., Zoe was seen crossing Avon Road and heading into the Bellbrook Senior Living complex. Matt's dad, John, rushed over and actually got eyes on her. Kim came out and set a trap.
The first night brought what can only be described as a full-scale raccoon convention. Every raccoon in Oakland County apparently got the memo. Zoe, however, did not attend.
We rebaited the trap and waited. Then, at 4:30 a.m. the next morning, what we assumed was yet another chunky raccoon turned out to be none other than Zoe herself!
After six weeks on the run, Rochester's most dedicated tourist was finally safe.
Remarkably, Zoe looked pretty good for a dog who had spent a month and a half pursuing her dreams of independence. She had lost about 20 pounds, picked up several ticks, and likely collected enough stories for a bestselling memoir, but overall she was in great shape.
Now Zoe is settling back into life with Matt, Zeus, and the rest of her family. She's continuing to decompress, getting comfortable in her new home, and even starting to interact with Matt's family. Fortunately, she seems to have concluded that room service, comfortable beds, and regular meals are actually pretty nice.
Welcome home, Miss Zoe! We hope your travel days are behind you—but if not, at least leave an itinerary next time. ❤️🐾

Arnold’s Adventure
WELCOME TO MICHIGAN, LITTLE MAN
We were contacted by someone at Bottle Babies asking for help with a dog who had just arrived from Texas two days earlier—and apparently decided Michigan wasn’t going to be boring.
Arnold went missing from his foster mother, Kate’s house, on Tuesday. With him having just finished heartworm treatment and being on steroids, we knew we needed to secure him quickly.
He crossed two very busy roads and ended up near the Voss plant on Beech Daly, where he seemed to be staying in the reeds near the railroad tracks. Kathi from our team, met Kate there on Wednesday evening and were going to set up a feeding station. They both got eyes on him, but it quickly became clear Arnold wasn’t interested in making this easy. An off-leash attempt didn’t go far, so a trap was going to be necessary.
Kim came out and set the trap, and Arnold actually showed up. Unfortunately, the door shut before he fully entered. He lingered nearby until Kim returned to reset it—then decided that was enough interaction for one day and disappeared.
While resetting the trap, they heard a pack of coyotes not too far away, which definitely raised the stress level. Kim decided to stay out there all night. Around midnight, with no sign of Arnold, she took a drive—and unbelievably spotted him sitting right in the middle of the railroad tracks across the street from the plant… on the same side where the coyotes had been heard! Because of course he was!
Kim grabbed food to try to lure him back, but by the time she returned, he had vanished again.
Bob from Aerial Recon came out Thursday and droned the area, but had no luck. At that point, we were starting to worry he may have headed toward the coyotes. Nikki Sheldon helped set another trap in the subdivision behind the Voss plant, where he had been seen earlier.
That trap caught plenty of activity—just not Arnold. The raccoons, however, were very appreciative!
On Friday, we finally got a break. Arnold was spotted again in the subdivision behind the Voss plant, close to Telegraph. We we're so relieved that he was still alive! Bob came back out, but once again, there were no sightings. It was like Arnold had mastered the art of disappearing.
By Saturday, we were ready to pull the trap from the Voss plant, thinking he had moved on.
But at 5:06 a.m., Arnold decided food was more important than adventure. He walked into the trap and was finally secured.
Kate reports that he’s doing great—settling in well with her other dogs and turning into quite the little cutie.
Welcome to Michigan Arnold, but no more sightseeing allowed.

Welcome to your new life, Millie! ❤️

Salem—now known as Millie to her new family—had just been adopted and, after a three-hour car ride, had finally made it home.
She was in the middle of meeting her new brother, Mack, when their leashes got tangled… and Millie decided that was her cue to make a dramatic exit. With her leash still attached, she took off two houses down and disappeared into the woods. Sean tried to keep up, but Millie had other plans.
Kimberly and Sean reached out to Bob from Aerial Recon. Bob came out Friday night to get the drone up in the air, but Millie was not interested in being found just yet. Kim talked the family through what to do at home. Our team knew this would be a tougher recovery since Millie was brand new and didn’t yet know her people—or her new brother.
Bob returned Saturday and finally spotted her with the drone. Thankfully, Millie decided to stay in the same general area for most of the day (a rare moment of cooperation). Even after losing visual, we knew she hadn’t gone far, so a trap was set where she had been hanging out.
By Sunday morning, Kimberly was getting multiple calls about sightings overnight and early morning. Then Sunday afternoon, the call came—Millie was in their backyard heading toward the neighbor’s house two doors down. That’s when we learned she had actually been visiting that neighbor three separate times… apparently conducting her own little neighborhood tour.
We quickly put another trap into the neighbor’s yard, and it didn’t take long before Millie finally decided it was time to clock out of her adventure and head inside.
She was safe, exhausted, covered in ticks and burrs—but finally home.
And now? She’s finally met her brother, Mack, and according to Kimberly, they’re already best buddies. Millie is also handing out kisses and demanding attention like she’s been there forever.
Welcome to your new life, Millie… maybe with a little less exploring next time. 😄

Incredible teamwork leads to a second chance ❤️

Nikki Sheldon was contacted by a woman in Detroit who had been trying to secure a loose German Shepherd. Tragically, during the attempt, the woman’s landlord released his pit bull, which attacked the shepherd. She was unable to intervene—but thankfully, the shepherd managed to break free and ran into a nearby field.
Knowing he was injured and needed immediate help, Nikki jumped into action.
She reached out to Bob from Aerial Recon, who quickly responded and was coming out to get the drone in the air to locate the dog. While he was driving the area, Bob was able to spot the shepherd. A kind woman and her daughter were feeding him.
Bob kept constant eyes on the dog until Nikki arrived.
Nikki then contacted Kim to bring a larger trap. Nikki and Kim carefully set the trap while Bob continued monitoring the shephard's location. .
It didn’t take long—within just 45 minutes, he was safely secured.
A ReJoyceful Animal Rescue stepped up and offered to cover his veterinary care. He was transported to OVRS, where he spent the night receiving treatment for his bite wounds.
Normally, he would have had to complete a stray hold at DACC,but fate had other plans.
Ed, who had heartbreakingly lost his own shepherd just five weeks earlier, stepped forward. He is now doing a foster-to-adopt, giving this boy the chance he so desperately deserved.
He’s doing amazing—and it looks like he may have just found his forever home. 🐾❤️

WELCOME HOME RILEY❤️🐾

Rileys Momma went on a cruise. A family member came to take care of him. He had decided he wanted a adventure too. So he pulled out of his harness and off he went. The family immediately reached out to us. There were multiple sightings at one address.
The next day a family member went out early in the morning to rebait the trap and unfortunately, Riley was standing there and got spooked by the headlights and ran.
We then moved the trap a bit. No more sightings until late afternoon, and it was a scary one. Riley was seen running across Grand River around 4pm.
So another trap was sent on the other side of Grand River in hopes he'd just find that one and not cross the busy road again.
Well that didn't work cause at 430am he was back at the first location. Took him all of 3 minutes to find his reservation with the yummy food.
AND HIS ADVENTURE ENDED SAFELY.

Great job to his family doing everything right from the start.

Riley I'm sure your Momma was very happy to see you when she got home.

WELCOME HOME SANDY ❤️ 🐾

Sandy's owner took her to Kensighton Park to get some exercise. Well she got more exercise then what was planned.

She got loose from Dad and took off running. Dad went back to the site where he last seen her and she stood there at the tree line. When Dad tried to approached she ran into the woods.

Dad didn't know what to do, she wouldn't come to him. So he reached out to us for help. Especially since he was going to be going out of town for work.

We immediately went out to the Park looking for a place near the area she had been seen all week to get a feeding station set up. We were really hoping to see her and drop the trap.

Amd when we went to the last place to check it out for a spot, THERE SHE WAS, sitting pretty looking at the road waiting for Dad.

We pulled over and got out of the car immediately, she was heading towards the road with a car coming. We had slowed the car down, pulled out some cheddar sausage and started walking away from the road towards the woods.

Sandy was so hungry she followed close behind. Tossed her a couple pieces and she went to investigate and liked what she found so she came closer and closer. We slipped a lead on her walked her to the car and she jumped right in. She was ready to go home.

Once home we had removed numerous ticks between removing them, tick meds and a good old fashion bath.

So FYI make sure your pups are on tick meds they are very bad already. She must have had at least 50 ticks on her. 😲

Again WELCOME HOME SWEET SANDY

Welcome to Your New Life, Big Guy 🖤

A very handsome Cane Corso has officially retired
from street life after at least six weeks on the run.
He first appeared in a Keego Harbor subdivision on October 30th, quickly becoming the neighborhood’s most mysterious resident. While kind people made sure he had food, he made it very clear he was not interested in being touched, or caught. Denise reached out to animal control, rescues, and even the police—but the Big Guy stayed one step ahead of everyone, and Noone was stepping up to help secure this boy.
By early December, we decided enough was enough. It was getting cold and we knew we needed to get him off the streets. Kim called Denise, a plan was formed, and the mission was clear: capture the giant ninja dog. Because of his size, this required a very large trap, suitable for a dog who clearly thought he was smarter than all of us.
The trap was set on December 4th. He was curious… very curious. He stopped by three or four times a night, inspecting the situation like a professional food critic, but refused to go inside. Everything startled him, and he was in no rush to give up his freedom.
After several nights of this, we upgraded the menu—really good food, a carefully placed trail, and numerous sprays of liquid smoke. Four days later, he finally decided it was worth the risk and walked right in.
Success!
We took him to the Oakland County Animal Shelter, where he immediately proved that behind all that “tough guy” energy is a total sweetheart. He allowed pets, never barked or growled, and showed nothing but gentle manners.
Now his days of dodging humans and living outdoors are officially over.
Welcome to a warm bed, full meals, and a life off the streets, Big Guy. 🐾
Keego(as I have named him) needs to find a forever home sooner than later! He is shut down at the shelter, and terrified of everything! He needs to learn to be a dog and would be a great addition to a lucky person's family. Please pass this on.

WELCOME HOME KITTY💖🐾

About 7 weeks ago Kitty's family was moving out of State.

When the movers arrived Kitty snuck out the door, to go say goodbye to his friends. He must have really been having a good time, cause he missed the departure time. Mom looked and called for him with no luck. 😢

The family had to leave and were heartbroken they had to leave without him. But had the neighbor watching out for him to come back to the house. Mom had come back a couple times in hopes to find him.

A lady named Rita reached out to us to see if we could help when she got Kitty on her security camera. Rita also put us on contact with Moms neighbor Laura. We talked with Laura had her put food out and Kitty showed up but the food was gone.
We dropped the trap the next afternoon hoping Kitty would return.

Sure enough at 2:12am Kitty showed up and walked right into the trap for a smelt and shrimp snack.

Mom and Kitty will be reunited this weekend.
The family will be whole for Thanksgiving.

Thank you Rita and Laura for your help in getting this family together again ❤️
