We’re honored to share that Port of Houston Authority Headquarters has received the 2026 Houston REDnews Award for Government / Community Facility. Designed to bring nearly 300 employees together in a workplace that reflects the Port’s legacy, purpose, and connection to the Houston community, this project demonstrates how thoughtful design can support the people and organizations shaping our region. Engelhart expanded its Houston presence by relocating within its existing building. Inventure reimagined the space to accommodate the company's growth while reinforcing its collaborative, office-free way of working. Drawing from Engelhart's established global workplace standards, the design introduces a distinctly Houston character through layered materials, dramatic contrast, and a warm, refined palette inspired by the city's industrial heritage and modern urban energy.

Through our ongoing partnership with Suvida Healthcare, we've helped create a consistent clinic experience across 18 locations throughout Texas and Arizona while tailoring each space to the unique needs of its community. From Interior Architecture, Furniture Services and Brand Experience to Signage and Wayfinding, every detail was designed to support compassionate care, meaningful connections, and accessible resources close to home.

Our partnership with McDermott has spanned multiple phases of workplace transformation, from consolidating 1,200 employees into a new Houston headquarters to creating executive level environments and renovating existing office space to support the company's next chapter.

Across each project, the goal remained the same: create spaces that reflect McDermott’s brand, facilitate collaboration, and enhance the employee experience. Inspired by the company’s offshore fleet and industrial expertise, each workplace balances functionality and flexibility while adapting to changing business needs.

For this national financial services client's Houston office, we reimagined a traditional office filled with private offices into a brighter, more connected environment. Open workstations, flexible collaboration spaces, and an expanded employee hub create more opportunities for teams to come together while bringing natural light deeper into the workplace.

Every design decision was made with people in mind; creating a workplace that supports the client's continued growth while reflecting how their teams work today and where they're headed next.
