A big congratulations to Adriana Guzman and Sarah Sanchez who officially wrapped up the LeaderFlow Development Program last night!

Over the past seven months, they’ve invested in growing as leaders, building connections within the AEC community, and (we’re sure!) learning a few things they’ll bring back to all of us at Inventure.

This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re highlighting the stories behind our team. We asked Agustina Chutrau to share how her Hispanic heritage and upbringing helped shape the path that led her to Brand Experience design, where she creates meaningful connections between people and the brands and spaces they experience.

Another recognition for Enstor! We’re proud to share that the project received 2nd Place in the Large Commercial over 15,000 SF category at the 2026 ASID Celebrating Design Texas Awards.
This statewide recognition builds on Enstor’s recent ASID Austin award and celebrates the thoughtful design, collaboration, and team behind the project. Congratulations to everyone who brought it to life!

The brand was a priority from the outset, thoughtfully woven throughout the space, from the signage to the subtle details that bring the entire environment together.

We’re excited to celebrate Rachel as she joins the fall cohort of Young Leaders Council!

Over the next 11 weeks, Rachel will build her nonprofit board leadership skills through YLC’s training program, followed by a one-year board internship with a local nonprofit organization. We’re proud to see our team continuing to grow as leaders both within the design industry and in the communities we call home.
