Yesterday we have released our menu! This is the rest of February and March’s menu!

Our banana bread loaves will feature 3 classic flavors and 1 rotational/seasonal flavor.

We now are serving banana chocolate chip cookies, BANANA CHIP COOKIE 🍪🍌 a thick, chewy cookie infused with banana, packed with plenty of chocolate chips. This is our brown butter base cookie with a punch of light espresso that adds a whole other level of cookie.

What’s new on the menu is our Muffin Trio! As of now, we will feature two classic, BANANA CRUMBLE AND CHIP IN A CUP (chocolate chip banana muffin) and 1 seasonal/rotational flavor, which this month will be our BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE. 🫐

Good for celebrations, appreciations, parties, and MUCH MUCH MORE! You can even customize your quantity to receive a custom quote. If you spend $100+, 30% is taken off your catering! 👀

Our goal is to use the same one recipe to make dozens of flavors and a variety of banana treats! We’ve been using the same family recipe for years and are always looking for ways to improve and make other desserts. This menu item hasn’t been a part of our menu yet, but we will reveal more flavors for this item very soon! 🍞🍌

I am Sara and I mainly run the marketing, baking with the help of my partner, Ricky who helps with market curating and sales in our bread. We are the Ripe Loaf, a micro-bakery located in Houston, TX! We serve homemade banana bread and other banana related desserts! We are currently working to expand our menu with plenty more desserts to bring to the markets!

We have 3 market dates in March we will be attending to in Conroe, TX! We will be there back to back Saturdays as we are excited to bring out our new rebranding for the small business!

We serve and deliver all over the Houston area, so if you’re in Montgomery, or even Rosenberg or Waller, YES! We will gladly deliver to you. ☺️
