Movement should not be a way to “make up” for eating. You don’t have to earn your food or burn off calories to be worthy.
✅ Move because it feels good, not because you feel guilty.
✅ Rest when you need to—your body deserves care, not punishment.
✅ Exercise should be about strength, joy, and self-care—not control.
You deserve a relationship with movement that feels freeing, not forced. Your body is on your side—treat it with kindness.

Recovery isn’t about perfection—it’s about making small, intentional choices that support your healing. Instead of guilt, choose self-compassion. Instead of restriction, choose nourishment. Instead of punishing your body, choose to care for it.

“Normalizing” Disordered Eating – What Society Gets Wrong 🤯
🚨 Our culture NORMALIZES eating disorder behaviors. Have you heard these?
❌ “I’m being so good today—I skipped breakfast.”
❌ “I need to burn off that dessert later.”
❌ “Carbs are bad, I’m cutting them out.”
Messages like these reinforce unhealthy food fears & restrictive behaviors in kids. Instead, let’s shift the conversation to:
✅ “All foods fit in a balanced life.”
✅ “Exercise is about feeling strong, not earning food.”
✅ “Your body deserves nourishment, always.”
