Houston is not a backup plan anymore. Chevron moved its global headquarters here from California. Hewlett Packard Enterprise relocated from San Jose. Apple is manufacturing Mac mini and AI servers right here in Houston — announced February 2026.
The professionals arriving to be part of that growth need somewhere to land. Not a hotel room. A real home — with a kitchen, a home office, a private yard, and a neighborhood that actually feels like Houston.

Alexis Bledel grew up speaking Spanish in Houston before the world knew her as Rory Gilmore. And Michael Strahan played at Texas Southern right in our Third Ward neighborhood before conquering the NFL and morning television.
