Pro House Photos, a professional real estate photography company based in Katy, TX, is in search of a Client Care Specialists/Transaction Coordinator!
Pay is $14 - $17 per hour. Pay is not negotiable above this amount. Do not apply if this doesn’t work for you. In addition, YOU MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE and very familiar with Texas real estate.
MUST haves:
- A resume that demonstrates excellent Customer Care experience.
- At least 2 years of high-volume Real Estate Transaction Coordinator experience.
- A computer with internet connection.
- Availability Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- Dedicated and quiet work space.
- Ability to think quick and provide super fast and superior client care.
- Must be able to juggle numerous tasks, always striving for complete perfection.
If you do not have ample in-person or telephone-based customer care experience plus Transaction Coordination experience, this position will not be for you. We are only considering those that have resumes that demonstrate proper experience.
This is a fully remote position so you must be a great self-starter and very trustworthy.
You will be responsible for answering the company phone (VoIP through your computer), quickly responding to emails and texts plus additional administrative duties, as assigned. You will work on a team with other administrators, photographers, and editors.

Pro House Photos, a professional real estate photography company based in Houston, TX, is in need of an Assistant to the company owner.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting with the company owner daily in Katy, TX 77494
- Driving company owner to appointments in company vehicle.
- Working on miscellaneous administrative tasks remotely (any location), on the road (riding with the company owner and working on a laptop), and while the company owner is in appointments.
- Assist with business development planning.
- Provide support to a team of photographers, editors, and administrators.
Hours are Monday - Friday, with daily variable start and end times. However, most days the hours will be around 9:30 - 5:00.
You will learn and be tasked with photography basics, photo editing, business development and expansion, website design, high-volume scheduling, in-person and online marketing, and other operations within a service providing company.
This is a very unique position with huge growth opportunities. Starting pay is $10 per hour and will be 35-40 hours a week. A criminal background and driving background check will be performed.
