'New Girl - Floor Plan'

I recreated the floor plan from the show "New Girl"
It's created as a home and not an apartment though, with one small edit to create a back exit to a patio area. This is just the shell and the floor plan - but I am currently working on furnishing it now. It will probably end up being pack heavy - so I downloaded the shell version to the gallery for those who want to furnish it themselves, and the shell and floor plan is all base game!!

I did not have the head space or patience to do anything else after laying the floor plan and doing most of the outside. lol If anyone actually goes in and finishes this, I'd love to see it!! I may go back in a couple weeks and try to finish it myself too, but need a break from this build. lolol

It was meant to have 5bd/5ba and an in law suite in the walk-out basement. Lots of other spaces as well that I wasn't sure what to do with either.

I really have a bad habit of starting and "mostly finishing" builds - then getting bored with that build and move on to the next. I always say I'll go back in finish the build but rarely do I ever end up actually following through. lol

Burleson Home

EDIT: I realized after posting this that somewhere in the build I used CC. While I'm not sure exactly what it is, I am sure that it could only be a plant or clutter. So you will need to click include custom content for this build to show up, but it's nothing that will make a huge difference for you when you download it.

I created this home for a specific Sim family I made -The Burleson's.

It's a single story - 3bd/2.5ba w/ a garage and laundry room.

The home is move in ready, but not fully furnished or decorated yet. What is completed is all base game (I think one item came from dine out pack but couldn't pin point it to remove it) But I wanted to share the build to the gallery before I go in and make it super pack heavy! lol.

The 'laundry room' could be converted to a small office or other space - and the garage could of course be used for any hobbies your sims may have!

The Sims family I created the home for is also shared on the gallery under their family name.

3bd / 2ba with a wrap around porch.
Built on the 30x30 lot in Newcrest.
