🌿Spring Apple Chutney 🌿
This Ayurvedic recipe is designed to nourish, balance, and heal from the inside out. Whether you're supporting digestion, calming the mind, or aligning with the season, this chutney brings ancient wisdom into your kitchen.

🌱 Ingredients🌱
1 green tart apple, seeded, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons raisins (soaked for 1 hour)
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
1 inch piece fresh ginger
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon fresh lime or lemon juice
🌱 Method🌱
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Scrape into a bowl and serve as a condiment with a main dish or appetizer.

“Chew slowly to awaken digestive enzymes and savor the flavor!”
