I had the privilege of meeting Afi several years ago while working on a project w/another great one, .

is an inredibly talented, hardworking and organized sister who has taken life's challenges and pivoted to use her gift of art to make a a living for herself.

For those who don't know her story, Afi left a career as a forensic psychologist to became a full-time artist six years ago when rheumatoid arthritis left her wheelchair dependent. Within six years putting in the work, Afi’s art has been shown in museum and galleries through the country. This month Afi has been offered her FIRST, SOLO, museum-sponsored exhibit in her home state of Texas!
