Custom backyard patio

We built a 40ft length by 10ft wide backyard patio

- all permits were pulled ( electrical, plumbing and structural)
- windstorm inspected and approved
- outdoor kitchen was built for clients needs with sink and natural gas for blackstone
- 12 recessed lights and 3 fans were installed
- black polished tile installed
- shiplap installed in the interior of patio
- hardie siding installed in exterior of both walls
- gutters installed
- roof shingles by hand were installed

Restroom Remodel

The following was done:
-Removed bathtub and transformed it into standing shower
- new shower fixtures/ sliding glass door
- new luxury toilet installation
- custom cabinet install with countertop
- new recessed lighting and wall scones
-painted colors to reach the aesthetics the customer was looking for

Customer rental property was destroyed by tenants. He was on a budget due to the comps of the area and wanted to get the house back on the market for rent again as soon as possible

We remodeled the house
Prime and painted all the inside of the home
Replace flooring to LVP
Refurbished the cabinets and painted
New kitchen counter tops with new sink and faucet
Bathrooms were resurfaced with new fixtures

Two lamps and one extractor to vent out heat
Custom sliding doors to match wooden fence style

Double door removed, turned into single exterior door with a window

Ceiling was too low and had to reframe the supports to match the existing ceiling level of the rest of the home

New electrical wire was installed/ outlets and switches

The framing for a new closet was made just how the customer wanted with the exact storage and shelving

Recessed lights / ceiling fan was installed

New lvp flooring was installed

Customers choice of paint colors were applied
