Day 3 Recap – Camp Honeycomb 🐝

Today, our campers dove into the world of women’s health and pharmacy innovation!

We were honored to welcome Dr. Patricia Jeudin, a board-certified OB/GYN who is passionate about advancing reproductive health and empowering young women through education and advocacy.

We also heard from Bithia Anderson, a visionary pharmacy entrepreneur and founder of several community-based health initiatives dedicated to expanding access to care and medication management.

Campers got hands-on experience learning how to check blood pressure and wrapped up the day with a fun Back-to-School Scavenger Hunt!

👩🏽‍⚕️ Dr. Patricia Jeudin – OB-GYN at University of Miami
A passionate physician and mentor, Dr. Jeudin cares deeply about women’s health and reproductive justice. She’ll share what it’s like to be an OB-GYN and why she chose this path.

💊 Bithia Anderson – Pharmacist & Entrepreneur
Founder of a successful pharmacy business, Bithia is here to teach our campers how pharmacists do more than fill prescriptions—they educate, advocate, and innovate.

Tomorrow, we are excited to welcome Dr. Kadesha Nicholas to Camp Honeycomb!

Dr. Nicholas is a dynamic public speaker, healthcare executive, and passionate community advocate with over 17 years of experience. A 40 Under 40 honoree, she holds a master’s in Healthcare Administration and a Doctorate in Public Health. From Columbia University Medical Center to UHealth Tower at the University of Miami, she has led transformative patient-centered initiatives and now runs LTH Consulting Agency, helping healthcare organizations improve strategy, operations, and equity. As President of the Florida Chapter of N.A.H.S.E., Dr. Nicholas is committed to advancing Black health and leadership. Her work reflects a deep dedication to empowering underserved communities through education, advocacy, and action.
