Mail with tracking on all orders. Some items do have the option to select other methods of shipping such as First Class. Please note that Priority Mail normally arrives in 1-3 business days and is insured up to $100. First Class Mail normally arrives in 3-7 business days and does NOT include insurance on your package. I ship from the USA. . Orders are normally shipped in 10 to 14 BUSINESS days. In some cases orders may take longer than this time frame due to unforeseen circumstances. (4-8 weeks)

Please be sure to add the correct email and shipping address. Harper's Quilts and Gifts is not responsible for orders that have not been received due to an incorrect address. If the package is sent back to me, I will resend back to the correct address. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and fees in this case.

**** Depending on the volume of orders it can may take up to 4 to 8 weeks or longer for your item to be shipped. If you are uncomfortable with this please send a convo before you purchase to get an estimated shipping range. Items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receiving your package. If the item is a custom order there will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL ! ! If there is an error in your order due to my mistake, I will offer a refund or remake your item. Please inspect all items immediately. If there is any error you must contact me within 3 business days of receiving your item. If there is an error in the order due to a customer not reading all policies/information before hand, ordering the wrong size or design, the buyer will be responsible for any and all additional shipping charges. Return and or exchange is always up to the discretion of Harper's Quilts and Gifts. If a return and or cancellation is authorized the buyer will be responsible for a 15% (of the item total) restocking fee. Most items pictured are in stock if we are sold out of an item or do not have the correct size in stock we can make one for you but please read the refund and exchange section BEFORE ordering a custom order. We do provide custom embroidery but again read the refund and exchange section beforehand.
