The Just Bare chicken thighs from Publix were tender and juicy, elevated by a smart pre-wash in lemon juice that gave them a subtle tang and helped cut any excess fat. Searing the chicken in butter added a deep, savory richness and golden crust that paired beautifully with the medley of vegetables.

The salted tomatoes, onions, broccoli, and bell peppers brought a colorful, wholesome balance—sweet, slightly crunchy, and infused with the spices. The vegetables absorbed the seasoned chicken juices and butter, creating a harmonious, well-layered flavor profile. Every bite felt hearty yet fresh, with the lemon, butter, and spices forming a satisfying backbone to the dish.
