Stress, mental fatigue, habit loops, and blood sugar dips can all drive those automatic snack attacks.
Try this 60-second reset:
Inhale through your noseโฆ
Take a SECOND small sip of air on topโฆ
Then exhale slowly through your mouth โ about twice as long as the inhale.
