This year was full of big changes - not the least of which was Brittney leaving teaching to pursue music full-time. We seized on that opportunity to plan our biggest tour we’ve ever done… 5 months on the road living out of a rooftop tent. We made new friends, ate plenty of wood fired pizza and baked goods, sold some hoodies, climbed mountains (by foot and by bike), found success hunting public land in Idaho, watched sunsets, watched the fall colors turn, heard the elk bugling, felt the weather change, filled our freezer with wild game, released new music with the help of and capped off a beautiful year celebrating Max’s mom getting married in NOLA.

Happy New from The Flinns. We’re booking more shows and releasing more music in 2026. Can’t wait to see y’all out on the road!!

It’s been a great year of hunting for us and we made the most of it for Thanksgiving this year. We did a whiskey butter mule deer heart over the fire 🦌 , smoked wild turkey breast 🦃 , and an apple pie with bear lard pie crust 🐻. Our colonial ancestors would be proud I hope… and a bit jealous of central heating and electricity I’d imagine.
