Weather was perfect for our coached long course practice followed by our pizza social! Hosted by Gulf LMSC at Dad's Club Aquatics as one of the things we do for our Gulf members. Thank you Andreas Lorenz, Kris Wingenroth, Patrick Harrington and Anna Bass Sanchez for your fantastic job coaching the swimmers! It was a fantastic day for Gulf swimmers to participate in the USMS 5K/10K National Virtual Championships! Thank you Dads Club for the use of your 10 lane 50 meter pool. We followed that up with an in-pool open water clinic for Gulf swimmers. U.S. Masters Swimming Dad's Club Aquatics
