Inspired by Rajasthan’s traditional Imli Ka Paani for paani Patasi, a refreshing drink crafted to cool the body during the region’s intense summers.

This Tamarind Sorbet captures its tangy, spiced essence with tamarind, mint, black salt, and chaat masala.

A nostalgic street-food flavor reimagined as a refined sorbet —cooling, refreshing, and full of character.
