Not every house will be nice and perfect, like in the pictures. You will come across those that have hidden defects. Anytime you view a house, just pretend that you are a house inspector. You’ll notice more details and defects. Because most people buy on emotion and not so much on logic. Therefore the client might be blinded by that and might overlook an important detail on that house, like having cracked walls inside of the home. Which goes to show that there might be a foundation issue.
*Props to my man for helping me point out all of defects on this house😊 (He’s not an inspector, but has been doing maintenance for 18+yrs, so yes, I trust his word)🙌🏻
